Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving growth within the community.

Your role supports a broad Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, delivering end-to-end experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
