Job summary

Intuit seeks ambitious TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advisement at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions, grow the local client base, and represent the Intuit brand in the community.

You will work in a collaborative, on-site role, serving both in-person and virtual clients, with a focus on a full-service tax experience and client education.

Qualifications

• Active CPA/EA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Maintain high professional standards and customer satisfaction in person and virtually.
