Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert advisory services at a TurboTax location.

You will serve clients in person and virtually, understanding their complete financial picture and coordinating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. In this role, you’ll drive local growth, engage with the community, and provide personalized guidance to help clients

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation for diverse client scenarios (personal and business) using professional software.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly and guide clients through complex filings.
• Willingness to grow into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients and customers.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
