Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a new TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax expertise and in-person service, serving clients with simple to complex tax needs while advancing local community growth and client relationships. You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifikationen

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop and maintain community relationships to grow local client base.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to build a local TurboTax presence.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, covering personal and small business scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: lead local outreach, events, and referrals to attract clients.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit services.
• Build Relationships: create long-term trust resulting in repeat engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional, helpful service and clear communication.
