Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple returns to complex scenarios, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists. You’ll grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, year-round

Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• onsite role with 20+ hours/week, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and comply with development requirements.
• Must wear company uniforms and may be photographed for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships to turn single transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
