Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at new TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide in-person and virtual tax prep, expert advice, and help clients with personal and small-business taxes.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, deliver a top-tier experience, and connect customers with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• onsite 8:00–17:00 local, 20 hours/week.
• Training and advertising requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients with personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, plan taxes with team.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping/payroll/financial planning offerings.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
