Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new onsite locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax expertise, prep services, and software support, serving in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with a wider team of tax professionals.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, and help customers achieve confident financial outcomes through personalized guidance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, optimize tax liabilities and provide tax planning advice.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
