Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver in-person and virtual tax services from a local TurboTax location. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll grow the local base and provide a best-in-class client experience. The role emphasizes on-site presence, community engagement, and a customer-centric, advisory approach to end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att’y with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid prep of 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete training and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with ecosystem teams to offer bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
