Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, helping them navigate complex filings.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless, year-round Intuit experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location with minimum 20 hours per week.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise – give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – grow a local customer base and act as the local face of TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – connect clients to complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build Relationships – foster long-term trust with clients for multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure professional, helpful service in-person and via TurboTax tools.
