Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax advice and full tax preparation from a TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and connecting them to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem. You will grow the local client base, organize financial literacy events, and build lasting relationships with community members while providing exceptional customer service

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 prep for 30+ returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office during standard hours (8:00–17:00) for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex personal and business returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Leverage government and professional tools, and team expertise for accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
