Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service return preparation onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will guide clients through personal and business tax needs, collaborating with a wider team to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll grow the local client base, leverage marketing tools, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and advisory services, while meeting training and compliance

Competenze

• Minimum three years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build a local client base and partnerships.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions.
