Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns, while growing the local client base through outreach and community events. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support.
