Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate from a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, while building local relationships and growing a client base. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, year-round Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours+/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain a local presence as a trusted TurboTax ambassador in the community.
