Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training and cross-training.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Embod a community ambassador and business owner mindset to grow a local customer base and drive local growth through outreach and events.
• Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings with TurboTax marketing support.
• Act as a trusted guide and connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and turn transactions into long-term client engagements across year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and tax-related challenges.
