Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, including complex scenarios and planning, while growing the local client base and representing Intuit in the community.

You will connect clients to the wider Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings, ensuring a seamless, trusted experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
