Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses, using TurboTax tools, and collaborating with a dedicated team.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and strong tax preparation experience required.
• EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and complete required training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with additional services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
