You will join a collaborative team handling personal and business tax needs while guiding clients through a complete financial picture. The role emphasizes growing the local client base, leveraging marketing tools, and partnering with specialists across Intuit services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN; 3+ years tax prep experience filing 1040s
• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax knowledge preferred
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week; uniform provided

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Build local client base through outreach and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools
• Develop long-term client relationships and drive loyalty
