Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, organize events, and build relationships.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20h/week; peak times may vary.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform.
• Desire to grow local presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
