Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

As a community ambassador you’ll attract new clients, build relationships, and represent the local TurboTax office in marketing efforts and events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required trainings and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
• Represent TurboTax as a trusted local expert in the community.
