Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site and virtual tax services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, deliver expert advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to serve clients’ full financial needs.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage TurboTax tools to build long-term relationships while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20 hours/week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local TurboTax client base and drive growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
