Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for personal and small business needs, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax customer base, participate in local events, and help clients understand holistic solutions including bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns).
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office and able to work 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Assist with tax planning and future planning guidance.
