Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a Timonium, MD location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax returns.

You will combine tax knowledge with local community outreach, building relationships and guiding clients through complex tax situations with integrity.

This role emphasizes ongoing collaboration with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, plus training and on-site hours.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practising attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8am–5pm local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building a local/online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and engage with the community.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Build Relationships - turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful client interactions in person and via video tools.
