Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at a TurboTax location in the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance to individuals and small businesses.

You will work with a broader team of specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, helping clients navigate complex tax situations while growing a local client base through events and partnerships.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
