Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle full-service tax returns, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs while using TurboTax tools and marketing support to expand your presence in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep with 1040s (federal/state).
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to train for additional services (bookkeeping/payroll).
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use your name in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build community relationships.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists for holistic client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
