Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic, year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our new TurboTax locations in the U.S.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation and expert advice, while growing a local client base and collaborating with internal specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, focusing on personalized financial outcomes and annual tax planning.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to complete training and compliance requirements.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end‑to‑end.
• Build long‑term relationships and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Educate clients and leverage Intuit resources to expand service adoption.
