Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a dedicated TurboTax location. You will serve clients in person and virtually, driving end-to-end solutions with the broader Intuit team.

You will grow the local customer base, build relationships, and deliver best-in-class service using Intuit tools and marketing support. This role requires onsite presence in the United States and offers a strong pay-for-performance package.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using pro software.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer experience.
