Intuit, Inc. seeks committed TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base, attend local events, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for comprehensive client service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
