Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, while coordinating with a network of specialists to deliver a full end-to-end experience.

You’ll build a local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing resources to grow your business within your market.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns (30+ 1040s) per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists for full-service tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Assist with marketing and community engagement.
