Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and connecting them with Intuit's broader services. In addition to tax work, you will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and collaborate with a network of specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
