Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our U.S. TurboTax locations.

You will work onsite to provide expert tax preparation and advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and helping grow the local TurboTax client base. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms for diverse clients.
• Willingness to be the local face of TurboTax and actively grow the client base.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, with 20+ hours per week.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns for clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Engage with local communities through events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem for cross-service opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and via digital tools.
