Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (1040) per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local customer base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience in person and via video tools.
