Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end services, grow the local client base, and help customers achieve favorable financial outcomes.

Applicants should have tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), active PTIN, and at least 3 years of experience handling 30+ returns per season with professional software.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and explain tax concepts in plain language.
