Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite, helping individuals and businesses with tax return preparation and advisory services. You will partner with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow a local client base, and provide exceptional financial guidance.

You will use TurboTax tools, engage with the community, and expand your service offerings across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep, filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Comfort with onsite TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, incl. simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and assist with in-person and video-enabled engagements.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through proactive engagement and service.
