You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end TurboTax solutions for clients in your local community. The role emphasizes client relationships, local outreach, and leveraging Intuit resources to drive growth and loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential required or active status preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required trainings and development.
• Uniforms provided and may be used in advertising.
• Interest in growing local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Bridge clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear guidance for tax planning.
