Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite presence 20+ hours per week with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
