Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of specialists, delivering accurate returns and personalized planning for individuals and businesses.

You will cultivate a local client base, build relationships, and collaborate with payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory experts to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA with PTIN and tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a premium customer experience and educate clients on available Intuit solutions.
