Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support clients through complex and simple scenarios with clear, personalized guidance.

Beyond tax filing, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return experience (30+ returns) per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in accordance with company policies.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure end-to-end service.
