Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, integrating services across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings to expand the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, trust-building, and a strong customer experience as you guide clients through complex and simple tax scenarios year-round.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with product marketing to grow TurboTax presence locally.
