Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax advice and preparation services in local TurboTax offices across the United States. You will engage with the community, grow a local client base, and serve as the face of TurboTax in your area.

You will work onsite, typically 20+ hours per week during business hours, with upskilling opportunities into bookkeeping, payroll, and broader tax advisory services through Intuit training and support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/license holders with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Drive local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Lead local events and build a trusted TurboTax presence in the community.
• Coordinate with Intuit resources to connect clients to related services.
