Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem of services.

You will build relationships in the local community, drive growth, and provide end-to-end support from discovery sessions to completion. This role emphasizes customer care, accuracy, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep including 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week and attend required trainings.
• Desire to grow local client base and provide holistic advisory services.
• English; Spanish a plus; comfortable presenting in public.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize refunds, and advise on planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
