Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience, from eligible personal taxes to business income and planning. The role emphasizes community presence, local client base growth, and close collaboration with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.

Qualifications

• Must be EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll and planning.
• Work onsite during 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support clients year-round.
