Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full tax preparation services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will consult with clients in person and virtually, providing tax advice, preparatory support, and access to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will act as a local ambassador, building a client base, hosting events, and collaborating with marketing tools to grow the TurboTax footprint in your community while ensuring year‑round support for clients.

Qualifications

• Active credentials required (EA/CPA/Attorney) and strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN必須 to file taxes as required by law.
• Proven experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and grass-roots marketing efforts.
• Link clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
