Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance in a local TurboTax location. You will work on-site, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and become a trusted advisor helping customers maximize refunds and plan for the future.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting client relationships while engaging with the local community to grow the TurboTax business.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Identify deductions, amendments, and planning opportunities for clients.
Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
