Intuit Careers is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax situations and connecting them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem for year-round support.

You’ll be a community ambassador, building local relationships, hosting events, and driving new client acquisition while delivering a best-in-class customer

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Develop relationships acrossIntuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
