Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem and a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end support.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing tools to drive loyalty while delivering a best-in-class

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Build local client base and grow TurboTax presence in the community.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem and complementary services.
