Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in the United States, working on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for personal and business returns, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships, becoming the local face of Intuit.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business returns.
Engage in community outreach to grow the local client base and build relationships.
Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain compliance training.
