Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients to a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll work with individuals and small businesses, helping them maximize refunds and optimize their financial picture. You will also grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and participate in

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
• Develop long-term relationships and client loyalty.
• Utilize TurboTax marketing tools to build local presence.
