Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for clients, while building local relationships and driving community growth.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, offering end-to-end tax solutions and leveraging Intuit resources to support clients’ financial goals. This role emphasizes in-person service and ongoing customer engagement in a local TurboTax office.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid tax prep, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite work 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Willingness to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support simple to complex personal and business tax scenarios and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach and relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience on-site and virtually.
