Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice while collaborating with a team of specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with community engagement and access to marketing tools. Hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, with at least 20 hours per week on-site, training,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required or preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Develop relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and deliver superior customer experience.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through personalised tax strategies.
