Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow and manage a local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools and resolve tax inquiries.
